Fingers, canoes or bars? This machine does it all
Pineapple, melon, mango; this new machine makes small canoes out of it. Or fingers. Or strips. In England they are called 'wedges'. That is perhaps the best coverage for the cutting results of this machine . Or bars... Actually, they are all different words for the same result. Anyway; this machine, like all our machines, is also extremely careful with the fruit. The wedges are cut and not squeezed or pressed through the knives, like many other machines do. The fruit remains undamaged and this increases the shelf life. The machine is still under development but interested parties can already contact us for more information (or orders).
