Cashew Deshelling Machine on plant in Morocco

Cashew nuts are surprisingly tasty. Most people already know that. But they also have a number of characteristics that are less known. The nut grows under a pseudocarp or false fruit. The fruit itself is not edible, although the juice is sometimes being used and actually quite good. The nut underneath the fruit is even the more tastefull. It grows in a shell that emits a strange, oil-like liquid. Another fact; a whole nut is worth much more than a broken nut. Twice as many! It is therefore very important that the Cashew Deshelling Machine gets the Cashews out of the shell in one piece. The prototype shows, after some adjustments, very nice results on the 'plant' in Morocco. We are almost ready to take the machine into production.
