ZTI has drawn up this privacy statement because we take your privacy very seriously. The following explains how we handle personal information within the ZTI website.
Collection, use and storage of personal data of our business relations
All data that ZTI collects will be kept strictly confidential and will not be lent, rented or sold, nor made public in any way. The information you give to ZTI is handled with the utmost care. We process the following data: name, address and contact details.
If you are a relation of us, we use your data to contact you for purposes that are in the interest of our company. Think, for example, of discussing any cooperation, providing and obtaining information and maintaining our network. Our registration forms request users to provide us with both personal and professional information (such as name, customer number, zip code, email address).

If an error is caused on your server from your IP address, the error message and your IP address will be sent to our e-commerce partner so that they can resolve the error. The error message is removed from all systems after 30 days.

To measure the business use of our website, we use the Leadfeeder service. This service shows us company names and addresses based on IP addresses of our visitors. The IP address is not included.

You have the right to ask us to view your own personal data. If there is reason to do so, you can also request us to supplement your personal data or to change inaccuracies. You also have the right to request that you delete your personal data or limit the use of your personal data. You can also object to the collection and use of your data or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Finally, you can request us to obtain your personal data or transfer that data to another person. In order to exercise your rights you can turn to ZTI. You can also contact us with questions or for more information about the collection and use of your personal data.
ZTI will remove any registered visitor (and his or her personal details) from our database as a result of a request.
